Let’s be honest — legal information isn’t everyone’s idea of light reading.
But we’ve done our best to make these documents as clear, concise, and easy to understand as possible.

They’re here to help ensure that you know exactly where you stand when staying, dining, or engaging with us, while also protecting both you and RedCat Pub Company Limited.

Below you’ll find links to all our current terms, conditions, and policies.
We encourage you to have a read, especially before:

  • Making a reservation or booking accommodation;
  • Staying at one of our inns or pubs;
  • Joining our loyalty programme; or
  • Purchasing or using a gift voucher.

Depending on how you interact with us, one or more of the following contract documents may apply to our relationship:

Please read these Terms carefully before booking, as they form a legally binding contract between you and RedCat Pub Company Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

If you’ve made a booking via a third-party agent or travel platform, that provider’s own terms may also apply. In such cases, please check directly with them for their terms and cancellation policies.

Calls are recorded and personal data collected during the call is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

Some bookings may require you to provide valid credit or debit card details for pre-authorisation (a temporary hold confirming the card’s validity and available funds). If we’re unable to accept your booking for any reason, you will not be charged.

You’ll receive a booking reference number once your booking is confirmed — please quote this in any future communication with us.

  • You must be 18 years or older to make or hold a booking with us (unless accompanied by an adult).
  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

  • Must be booked in advance — we recommend at least 14 days, or earlier during busy periods.

When booking, please quote your voucher number and present your physical voucher or electronic confirmation upon arrival.

Monetary vouchers:

  • If your purchase costs less than the voucher value, no cash or credit will be given.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

Subject to the above:

  • We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not liable for any business-related losses (including profit, goodwill, or data).
  • Our maximum liability in connection with any voucher is limited to its face value.
  • We are not liable for the unavailability of booking systems or services.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.
Revised Terms apply only to vouchers purchased after publication.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms are for the benefit of both you and us, and are not enforceable by any third party.

These Terms, together with our Booking Terms and Conditions, represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your purchase and use of gift vouchers.

These Terms are governed by English law.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, except that consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their home country.

From time to time, we may retire or replace older gift voucher formats and systems.

  • Legacy vouchers (including those issued under previous ownership or voucher schemes) can no longer be redeemed for goods or services at our venues.
  • If you hold an existing voucher that remains within its original validity period, you must visit or contact your selected venue to exchange it for a new RedCat Inns or RedCat Pub Company voucher before use.
  • The venue team will verify the voucher details and issue a replacement voucher of equivalent face value for continued use.
  • Replacement vouchers will carry a new expiry date, as confirmed at the time of exchange.
  • Vouchers that have expired or cannot be validated will not be reissued or accepted for redemption.
  • We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the voucher cannot be verified, has been tampered with, or has previously been redeemed.

Please note: replacement of legacy vouchers is available only during the period of the original voucher’s validity, and at the discretion of the venue management team.

If you hold a gift voucher for a venue that has since closed or is no longer operated by RedCat Pub Company Limited, your voucher may still be valid for redemption at another participating RedCat venue.

  • Vouchers originally issued for a venue that has been sold, transferred, or closed can, in most cases, be redeemed at an alternative participating RedCat venue, subject to the voucher type and availability.
  • You may contact any participating venue within the RedCat group to confirm where your voucher can be used or exchanged.
  • Where a like-for-like redemption (for example, accommodation or dining) is not possible, the venue team may offer a replacement monetary voucher of equivalent value for use at another RedCat venue.
  • Redemption or replacement must be arranged before the original expiry date of the voucher.
  • Vouchers cannot be honoured at venues that are no longer part of the RedCat group once ownership or operational control has transferred.
  • In some circumstances, voucher liabilities may be transferred to the purchaser of a sold venue as part of the sale. In these cases, the responsibility for honouring those vouchers passes to the new operator, and RedCat Pub Company Limited will no longer be liable for redemption.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw the ability to redeem or exchange vouchers connected to venues that have been sold or transferred, depending on the terms of the sale agreement.
  • All voucher redemptions and exchanges remain subject to verification by our venue teams.

This policy ensures that genuine, valid vouchers retain value within the RedCat group where possible, while clarifying the position where a venue is sold or transferred.
